Looking for a new flatmate to join us in our historic Fort Greene apartment, located a few blocks away from Fort Greene Park, close to some of the best neighbourhood restaurants, for $1,750/month plus utilities.

The 3-bedroom/1-bath apartment is on the top of a four-floor walkup (no elevator). The large open-plan living and dining room has original 1930s wood floors and a marble fireplace, as well as a full kitchen with pantry storage and shared small appliances. Carefully furnished, our apartment is homey, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The walls and windows are soundproof; you can't hear any neighbors, cars outside, or each other through the walls.

The available fully furnished room featues two windows for plenty of sunlight and a large two-foot closet. It comfortably fits a queen-size bed and dresser. The apartment is our little retreat from the city - it's cozy and clean, and we're respectful of the shared spaces. We're in close proximity to the Clinton–Washington G train; Lafayette Avenue C train; Atlantic  Avenue–Barclays Center for A, C, B, D, N, Q, R, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains; DeKalb Avenue N, Q, R, trains; B45 and B69 buses; and a CitiBike dock right outside the apartment.

Britt is a journalist. She enjoys a park hang with friends, working out, and a good dinner reservation. Danica works in marketing tech. She's an Australian living in New York who enjoys a long lunch with friends, a good book, and second cup of coffee.
