$1.250.00 al included (electricity, water, internet, etc.). Has laundry inside the apartment. Dishwasher. Has a pool, a huge backyard, BBQ. Very quiet area, 15 mins from the beach. Gyms, restaurants and supermarkets near by. It's very close to Barry University and to the FIU North Campus location as well.
Have to be dog lover, I have a dog which is extremely well behaved, he doesn’t bark, or bother at all.
