I have a room for sublet in my cozy Chelsea Hamlet (Wappingers/Beacon) 2nd floor condo overlooking the Hudson and railroad line. Start and end dates are flexible as are most things. It's me (private chef/writer/queer single mom) and my kiddo (who lives with me half time). He's 4 and hysterical and absurd and darkly humored and quite the story teller.
