I have a room for sublet in my cozy Chelsea Hamlet (Wappingers) 2nd floor condo overlooking the Hudson and railroad line. Start and end dates are flexible as are most things. It's me (private chef/writer/queer single mom) and my kiddo (who lives with me half time). He's 4 and hysterical and absurd and darkly humored and quite the story teller.
