Can be flexible with move in date, and consider booking on a weekly or monthly basis. Preferably would want someone that can commit to the summer.

I am looking to rent a room in a two-bedroom apartment. My lovely roommate is gone for the summer. This place would suit someone who has recently moved to NYC, here for a internship/fellowship, residency, school and has minimal stuff since its fully furnished.

High ceilings, natural light, in a quiet building. Shared bathroom and common areas.

Stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Laundry is in the building, full-time maintenance, and security staff on-premise. The building has an elevator.

The room- Fully furnished bedroom, ac, furniture, bedroom, and smart tv.

The complex- The Calabasas of Harlem: A gated community with an urban farm, basketball court, playground, benches, gazebos, and water fountains.

One block east of the 2/3 Express line. About a 10-minute walk to the 4/5. A 14-minute walk to the C/B line. Citibike station next to the complex, and bus stops.

I usually clean the common areas every few days. Looking for a neat roommate.

Will split electricity and internet bill evenly.

Smoke and pet free home. No furniture allowed since its fully furnished. Looking for someone that works outside of the home and only has clothes and personal items.
