ISO roommate to fill bedroom in 3br/1bt  
    📍    Central Harlem (2/3 trains between 135th and 145th.)
    🚺    A woman, preferably over 25, to join and sign a lease with for the next year. Would need to submit an application/have proper documents ready/guarantor and security deposit.
    💵    Rent is $950 a month, utilities not included.
    🏠    The apartment is in an elevator building, closets in each room, has a washer/dryer in unit. Apartment common space is furnished, room is unfurnished.
    🐱    Must be ok with cats, we have one cat and she’s very friendly (not accepting anyone with any pets as she is people friendly but not pet friendly).

An ideal roommate will be someone clean and tidy (or at least someone who likes to keep the common spaces clutter-free), and is cool with splitting costs for household shared items. Open communication and general empathy for each other is a must.

My roommate (F) and I (F) are both women in our late 20’s, who are pretty chill and tidy.

My name is Rockzana, I’m an actor/house manager, so my schedule is pretty inconsistent, I am usually at home until 5pm where I then go house manage. I’m mostly an introvert, so I keep to myself but am down to talk about anything. I occasionally have my sister or close friend sleep over, but they usually stay for a night or two and are pretty quiet. I’m a deep sleeper so noise doesn’t bother me much.
