Elevator building with friendly neighbors on a tree-lined block in a lovely neighborhood with beautiful architecture. Close to Riverside Park and Riverbank State Park. Multiple shopping, bars, and restaurants. Close to 1 or ABCD trains.

About This Lister

Two easy going, chill roommates.

I work in hospitality and as a theater artist. I am often out of the apartment in the evenings. My roommate also works evenings as a Broadway usher and has a part-time day job in retail.

About me: I am an actor and literary manager for a downtown, indie theater company. I'm a youthful 50 years old. I enjoy juggling and playing musical instruments (uke, guitar, keyboard), and taking time to appreciate the richness that New York has to offer. I also like learning languages on Duolingo: Spanish, French, Japanese. I have a girlfriend who also works in theater/arts and who visits a couple nights a week, who is very friendly and gets along with everyone.

About 2nd roommate: "22, Leo, aspiring actor and current Broadway usher. I have a super crazy schedule, always in and out of the apartment, but when I'm home you can probably hear me watching the same season of the Great British Bake Off or playing a record and humming along (only during reasonable hours, of course). Interests include reading, DND, and whatever trashy movie my friends have most recently convinced me to see with them."

All that said, we are both fairly private and keep mostly to ourselves. Although we are sociable and extroverted, we basically go about our business, having conversations in passing and communicate about home upkeep issues as needed.
