Boxing heavy bag, dumbbells , kettlebells and other exercise equipment in room but is optional as well as any furnishings. (I have a storage space if you need more room I can move stuff out.)

Walk up on second floor. Two windows in room with security gates, fan and AC unit. Hardwood floors colorful walls Privacy curtains separating common hallway and kitchen. Building two blocks from J/M trains and several bus lines. Laundry and 24 hour delis nearby as well as restaurants, bars and music venues. Lively neighborhood that can be loud on weekends, but often quiet.

My roommate is a woman my age who works from home and has a sweet, older dog (a small husky)and generally introverted but tolerant. Generally clean in common spaces, considerate and friendly.

If you like to cook, there is a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes, microwave, mixer, blender and other various kitchen tools. I keep the place stocked with spices and basic ingredients as well as cleaning supplies, towels, and linens. The building allows dogs and cats too. We don’t have any issues with pests, and I know all the neighbors who are also friendly, quiet, and not nosey.

I will be traveling through the spring , possibly longer, and looking for someone prepared to leave upon my return. There is a possibility that it could be longer a longer arrangement depending. The room can be available end of January or the beginning of February depending on your interest. Asking for 1000 per month including utilities.
