Room Available: Feb 1–26
I’m looking for a subletter for a furnished room — $700 per week or $2,100 for the month.
This bright pre-war apartment is in Kensington, right on the border of Windsor Terrace. The furnished room includes a queen bed, dresser, desk, and closet, plus high-speed internet.
The apartment is on the second floor of a house with plenty of windows and natural light. You’ll be sharing with a filmmaker who will be out of town for much of your stay.
Located just one or two blocks from laundromats, coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The F and G trains are only half a block away (about a 3-minute walk). Prospect Park and Cortelyou Road (Ditmas Park) are both within a 15-minute walk, and the East Village or Lower East Side in Manhattan are about a 22-minute train ride away.
Let me know if you have any questions or would like to come see the room.
I'm Jessica (she/her), originally from Victoria, BC, and Canadian. I've lived in New York for the past 16 years and work as a documentary filmmaker. I love this neighborhood and have called this apartment home for the last 11 years. I'm looking for a subletter who is clean, laid-back, and pays rent on time.
A security deposit (ranging from $700–$2,100, depending on the length of your stay) will be required at move-in along with the signing of a sublease agreement.
