I am subletting my room in a 4-bed, 2-bath apartment in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The apartment has excellent subway access—it's on the same block as the Franklin 2/3/4/5, and it takes me a minute from my door to the platform. The building is less than 5 minutes from 3 grocery stores, 10 minutes from the Brooklyn Museum, and 15 minutes from Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Library.

My room is cozy and courtyard-facing, so it's quiet, and is furnished with a small closet, dresser, full bed, and standing desk (along with a projector for watching movies!). Our common space has a large couch and TV, and the kitchen has lots of cooking supplies and storage space. There is a dishwasher and we are half a block from the laundromat. Price includes all utilities, wifi, no hidden fees!

I have 3 roommates (2 women and 1 man), and all of us are in our mid-to-late 20s. You'll get a chance to meet all of them before making a decision. We are relatively quiet at home, not hosting often and trying to keep things as clean as we can.

We maintain a very clean space and are pretty quiet for the most part. We all spend a lot of time outside the apartment, so there have been no issues with sharing the kitchen or other living spaces. We are all very friendly, but we don't have a strong home culture that you'll be joining. We are looking for someone quiet and respectful.
