I'm renting out a fully furnished room in my Sunny Fort Greene 2 bed/1.5 bath apartment! This is a short-term sublet, but the end date can be flexible if things work out.

The room has a queen-sized bed, dresser, small desk, wall AC unit, and a big closet. The shower is shared with me, but otherwise, the bathroom across the hall is all yours!

The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor walk-up) of a small apartment building on a tree-lined street. There is a large sunny living room/dining room and an open kitchen with a full-sized fridge and dishwasher. The building has shared laundry in the basement and a big, shared grassy backyard.

It's 2 blocks from the C at Lafayette, and a short walk (7 mins?) to the Clinton Washington G or to Atlantic Terminal (2/3/4/5/N/Q/R).

The neighborhood is the best, and the apartment is a few blocks from Fort Greene Park & great cafes, bars, and restaurants (Thea is your closest coffee shop!). I've lived here for 8 years and am happy to give recommendations :)

I'm a straight woman (she/her) in my mid (late?!) 30's, and I've lived in this apartment for 8 years. I work remotely on a flexible schedule, but am often out and about (trying out all the amazing new restaurants in the area, at the gym, bopping around the Fort Greene farmers market, or seeing a last-minute Broadway show!).

I'm pretty low-key at home, mostly cooking for myself and trying to keep my plants alive. I do host friends and holiday dinners sometimes, but mostly the apartment is my sanctuary!
