I'm renting out the main bedroom in my apartment. It's a five-floor walk-up in a pre-war building, located in prime Williamsburg, on South First street. An 8 minute walk to the Bedford stop on the L line. 7 minutes by subway to Manhattan.

It's a great neighborhood! Lots of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, gyms. Lovely waterfront recreational zones.

The rent is 860 a for the listed time period and that includes wifi and utilities. Security deposit of 300 required with rent, prior to move in. The deposit is refundable after you move out provided there is no damage or other costs incurred during your stay.

Please note that this is a small apartment, so I'm ideally looking for someone with a busy schedule that does not work from home.
