- Great block on Avenue C between 6th & 7th St, steps away from NYT Top 100 Restaurants, great bars, multiple laundromats, grocery stores, coffee shops, and bakeries. Close to the L, F, M, J, and Z trains. Citi Bike dock on our block.

- 2 bedroom (1 bedroom is currently configured as an office), 1 bathroom, great fully-stocked kitchen, 2 large closets with plenty of storage

- 3rd floor walk-up with a buzzer doorbell, only two other units in the building, both quiet and respectful

- Can be fully furnished (all the furniture included in the photos & a very high-quality blow-up mattress for the 2nd bedroom). If you want us to clear out some stuff, we can also discuss that

- Water & high-speed internet included; you'll pay the gas & electricity bill, based on your usage.

- Central heating & A/C with space heaters also available. No dishwasher or laundry in the building, but multiple laundromats one block away.

- $4,500 per month; $1,500 refundable security deposit that will be returned at the end of the sublease

- We can also be flexible on sublease pricing.

We are a couple who have loved living in this apartment for the past 2+ years. We both work from home and this apartment has plenty of space to make that doable. Looking for someone to take over this lovely space for a few months this winter.
