I am listing the 2nd room in my spacious Art Deco apartment in the Beverly Fairfax area. The room is fully furnished and features ample lighting, windows, and has a nice draft. The closet is a good size, and you will also have a dresser in the room.

The apartment is quite large, and it offers a lot of privacy. You will be sharing this apartment and bathroom with me.

Located in Beverly Fairfax, so walking distance to many grocery stores, clothing stores, parks, and malls. I walk everywhere (including to work). Street parking is permitted, so I will give you a permit if you have a car. I love how walkable and accessible the neighborhood is.

Looking for a roommate who spends most of their day outside of the apartment. I'm super chill and honestly not around much at all, but just ask that you are clean, tidy, and respectful of the shared spaces. My home is my sanctuary, so I expect whoever lives with me to treat it as theirs too.
