Hi! I’m subletting my apartment since I’ll be moving in with my S.O. and it’ll be fully furnished since we don’t need two of everything. I’m looking for someone clean and responsible to take good care of this place and who would like to stay here long term.

It's a lovely neighborhood with brownstones and trees and close to the park where people enjoy picnics and where dogs run around (off leash hours are the best). The apartment has great views, lots of natural sunlight, and the kitchen is my happy place. Sadly, it's too small for two people.

Rental requirements

This is in a co-op building that requires board approval.

- Long term only, minimum 1 year
- Board approval application includes:
- Financial statements - 2 most recent months of all assets and liabilities
- Proof of income
- Two most recent paystubs
- Most recent tax returns
- Landlord/management agent reference letter including rent/maintenance and length of residence
- Personal reference letter
- Board approval application fees:
- $450 application review
- $100 credit check fee
- Moving fees
- $500 move in deposit (refundable)
- $150 move in fee (non-refundable but we can see if it could be waived since the apartment is fully furnished and wouldn’t require you to move much)
