Cute studio for sublet in beautiful Fort Greene, Brooklyn, 5 minutes away from Fort Greene Park for 3 months in the summer.
It's a 5th floor studio in an elevator building with washer and dryer in building. All utilities included.
The studio is sweet and compact, but has everything you need for one person. You can get to Soho in 26 minutes, and you have the C and G to get you downtown.
Start dates are *NOT* flexible, but end date may be by a few days to a week. Note: I have a dog and a cat and will get a professional cleaner to clean before the subletter comes, but if you have pet allergies this may not be a fit because of lingering pet dander. This is a no shoes inside home, thank you!

No parties or events - looking to play nice with the neighbors, sound travels so try to keep it down after 11pm or so.
