The building is new and has everything — a gym, rooftop with skyline views, lounges, game room, package room, and more. The apartment itself has modern finishes, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, and plenty of storage.

Rent is $3,200/month, which includes all furniture and access to the building amenities. My lease runs until August 18th, so I'm happy to do a shorter-term sublet if that works better or the full duration.

Located at 75 Dupont St in Greenpoint — close to the G train, McCarren Park, and lots of great restaurants and coffee shops.
