I'm subletting my beautiful studio this summer while I'm away. I'm looking for a professional, intern, or anyone ready to experience NYC from the best possible location.

It's a fully furnished studio in a small boutique building right in the heart of Midtown, one of those spots where you walk outside and feel like you're in a movie. Bryant Park is right there (free summer movies, dance classes, coffee in the grass), and Whole Foods is across the street.

Details:
Available starting around June 1st for 1 - 3 months. I'm flexible on dates if yours don't line up perfectly. If you're coming in for the FIFA World Cup, the timing couldn't be better; MetLife Stadium is just 30 minutes away.

Transit: B/D/F/M, 7, N/Q/R/W all within a block.

The building has a 24-hour concierge, a gym, laundry, and a lounge. Very secure.

Rent includes all utilities and wifi. I'll also share my gym membership across the street so you have full club access while you're here.
