Hi! I'm looking for someone to sublet my 2B 1B apartment in Los Feliz for June and July. Current dates are June 10-July 29th, but open to the full month.

Walking distance to Griffith Park, grocery stores, and cute cafes. Furnished. One bedroom is currently used as a yoga/workout room and could accommodate a second person. The other room is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. I have a desk in the dining room for work-from-home as well. My car will be here, but I can move it and discuss giving you the parking spot.

I'm on the second floor. Small building unit with a few buildings and a shared lawn. Washer/dryer on location - download an app to pay per load.

Rate $2400 for the whole space (incl wifi, utilities etc.)/month.
