The apartment is well-lit with plants (for you to water please!). Conveniently located near two subway lines (N/W and R) — just ten minutes to Manhattan — and near bus lines Q101 and Q104. The neighborhood is filled with great restaurants and shops.
Television (no cable, streaming available), utilities, and wi-fi included. A women's bike is also available for your use. No washer/dryer in the building; laundromats are a block away.
I will be away for the summer, so I will still have some clothes in the closet/storage, but you will have a dresser drawer and a closet for your use. (Also available: shelves of books for your reading pleasure.)

Subletter shall pay a nonrefundable $200 cleaning/security deposit to secure the sublet. First payment of $2,000 due before move-in. Remaining balance of $2,000 due July 1. All payments are nonrefundable once made.
No smoking. No pets. No additional guests staying overnight without prior approval. Subletter is responsible for keeping the apartment clean and in good condition. Please water the plants.
