1-2 bed (flex) apartment while I'm away for the summer. I currently use the space as a 1 bed, 1 ba + office, but this could certainly work as a 2-bed. Each room has a walk-in closet. The dates can be flexible; I'm generally looking for an early-mid May-late August range between semesters. But get in touch if you have some variation of that!

The location is quiet, extremely convenient, and with friendly neighbors. There's also a shared backyard, shared front porch, easy street parking, and quick access to the Mount Vernon East train station (3-4 minute walk, max). This is the top floor of a house split into 3 apartments. The downstairs neighbors are absolutely lovely and the landlord is communicative and helpful. Pet-friendly with approval!

The drive to the Sarah Lawrence campus/Bronxville is between 10-15 minutes. I commute to Grand Central for work, and it takes me 30 minutes on average. Short walking distance to grocery stores and other conveniences. I also love to walk the 25 minutes over to Fleetwood.

Hi! I'm a Sarah Lawrence graduate student and film industry professional looking to sublet my furnished apartment while I'm away in Austin, TX for the summer. My personal items (clothing, etc.) will be out of the space, but appliances, furniture, TV, etc. will all be there for your use.
