I am looking for someone to share my large, quiet, furnished office on Fulton St/ Nassau St in the Financial District.
The office is currently available Mondays, Wednesdays, and weekends.
It is approximately 350 square feet with 14 foot vaulted ceilings. It comes with a desk, office chair, lighting, sofa, leather chairs, mini-fridge, kettle, water purifier, art/ decorations, plants, air conditioner, and storage/ drawer space. There is a chair in the hallway that serves as a waiting area.
The building is a 10 story office building with elevator and 24/7 access. It is steps from the 2/3, 4/5/6, A/C/E, R/W and J/Z subway lines.
I am asking $500/month for each day (for example $1k/month to have it every Monday and Wednesday). I will offer a discount for 3 or more days.
Wifi and electricity are included.
