The apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready, with a queen bed, a full work-from-home setup, and a well-equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, etc.). Towels and bedding are included.

Standout features include in-unit washer/dryer, central AC/heat, great natural light, and ample closet space which make everyday living especially comfortable.

I’ll be ending and not renewing my lease in July to move for grad school, and if there’s interest in staying beyond that, there may be an opportunity to rent directly from the landlord.
