I’m hoping to find someone who won't mind tending to them with water once a week.

Also worth mentioning this isn’t a place to stash a ton of stuff. It’s really best for someone coming with just themselves and luggage that makes sense for a short stay.

No pets.

Rental requirements

If you’re interested, please let me know a bit about yourself, where you currently live, your job and why you're looking for a spot in the city this summer, socials (if that's your thing), NYC experience (preference given if you’ve lived or spent time here) and whether you can provide a reference from someone in the city.

I will make a sublet agreement and ask for payment upon signing for the first month and a $500 deposit to confirm. Utilities included in the rent. The deposit will be returned immediately upon inspection after departure.
