I've lived in this amazing garden apartment off and on, since 2007. It's spacious, quiet, with friendly neighbors in a small, 3 unit building. Just 2 blocks from the C and Shuttle trains... there really is everything in this neighborhood, as far groceries/ restaurants, and bars go. There's a good size kitchen, and a graffiti wall in the backyard! You would also be more than welcome to use the large, standing work table.
