Hello everyone!

I'm subletting a furnished one bedroom, one bath apartment on the the garden floor of a newly renovated century old classic Brooklyn brownstone.

It was originally designed for short stays on vacation rental sites. We had over 100 bookings with a 4.94 review score and would be happy to send that link. This makes it an ideal sublet, because it's set up for visitors, not my home, so there is none of the weirdness of subletting someone's living space.

The house is on a tree lined street in Stuy Heights, the brownstone part of Bed Stuy, several blocks from Saraghina's wood fired pizza. It is off the Utica stop on the A/C. It's an extremely pretty and friendly neighborhood with a lot of history.

It is furnished with high end designer furniture, a fully stocked kitchen and everything you might need to arrive and feel at home. There is a 10 foot wide projector surround sound home cinema, a fully stocked kitchen, sleeping sofa, laundry in the bedroom, and a bedroom door that opens directly onto the landscaped garden. One thing to note is that a few improvements have been made since these photos were taken, including a comfortably sized 54'' square dinner table, so please disregard the table in the picture.

Unfortunately, we can't allow pets or moving furniture in or out and it is a nonsmoking apartment.

I would love to find someone for July and August, but there will the the possibility of extending indefinitely.
