— House Rules —

No hot items on the kitchen countertops. They will crack! Use a coaster when placing cold or wet items on the kitchen countertops.

** Guests who fail to comply with the above are responsible for the full cost of any and all resulting countertop repairs. **

We recommend using two hands (right hand on the handle, left hand on the door frame) when opening the sliding door to the backyard. This will help the door slide more easily.

No parties, events, or gatherings.

Please observe quiet hours between 9 PM and 9 AM daily.

No smoking indoors. If smoking outdoors, please properly dispose of all ashes and butts.

This is a full-time home in a residential neighborhood. Please treat all spaces and surrounding properties with the same respect offered to your home and neighbors.
