The little alcove is perfect for a little coach to ponder the view and enjoy sunshine. The walls are freshly painted and the wood floors shine. There is an entire wall of windows in a building full of creatives. There is a slop sink on every floor. It’s a good deal.

A simple application is required. Upon lease signing you will need the first 2 months of rent and one month of security. There is also a 50.00 monthly trash fee. You would be responsible for your electric bill and internet.
