Greetings
I’ll be traveling periodically for the upcoming months for creative and work purposes as well as fun:) and I’d love to find a wonderful person to stay in my apartment while I’m away
Starting in May though if you have specific dates in mind, please ask as I can be somewhat flexible.
As mentioned my ideal scenario is to connect with someone visiting NYC more than once and looking for a place /arrangement that acts like a scheduled pied de terre. Feels familiar, and appreciates continuity.
my main priority is having the right 🫶person /fit so please ask if you’re looking for a specific time.
The building is a white glove full-service building complete with doorman, Concierge, and the option of housekeeping (if agreed upon in advance).
The apartment has everything you need but also feels like a luxury hotel- warmer than a hotel, but less personal than a well lived in apartment and I think this makes it a WONDERFUL place to visit/be a guest in. The building’s amenities are great, location and views are unbeatable. It’s quiet and lovely.
There is a sofa bed in the living room, large flat screen TV's w/ DVR streaming for every service etc in both the bedroom and the living room, and unobstructed views facing south, west, east, and north.
High floor, exceptional light, sunrises and sunsets. Perfectly situated right on the heart of the upper east side with easy access to trains to carry you to all the other boroughs or a five minute walk to Madison for shopping,
Central Park, or 10 minutes to the Met and many of manhattan’s best museums. Bike along the FDR or park.
The bedroom has a king bed, beautiful views, plenty of light and excellent linens. Large marble bath with tub and Frette towels.
Ideally looking for someone for a week or 2, possibly open to longer for the right fit (3 weeks to a month) in May when I am
Looking to be in Paris.
Warmly,
Katherine
A little bit about me: I’m a therapist and a coach working with children, adults and families and couples. My home is my sanctuary, it’s beautiful, well appointed, very clean and spacious but homey.
The building itself is wonderful and the neighborhood has everything you could hope for from charming cafes, to Madison Avenue and steps from Central Park and the park zoo!
