Greetings! I am hoping to travel for a Writing workshop, as well as a couple of professional conferences and ideally my birthday at the end of the summer so the dates listed are somewhat flexible…

and would love to rent out my, wonderful apartment while I do. The building is a white glove full-service building complete with doorman, Concierge, and the option of daily housekeeping (if agreed upon).

There is a sofa bed in the living room, televisions in both the bedroom and the living room, and unobstructed views facing South, west, east, and north. High floor, exceptional light, sunrises and sunsets. Perfectly situated right on the heart of the upper Eastside with perfect access to trains to carry you to all the other boroughs or a five minute walk to Madison for shopping, Central Park, or 10 minutes to the Met and many of manhattan’s best museums.

The bedroom has a king bed, beautiful views, plenty of light and excellent linens. Large marble bath with tub and Frette linens.

I can be *a bit* flexible on the dates so if you’re looking for a period of time or date outside of those listed above please let me know.

A little bit about me: I’m a therapist and a coach working with children, adults and families and couples. My home is my sanctuary, it’s beautiful, well appointed, very clean and spacious but homey. I’m hoping to find someone (s) great to enjoy the space and take advantage of its location and all that has to offer, while also enabling me to take my first vacation in three years! 😊

The building itself is wonderful and the neighborhood has everything you could hope for from charming cafes, to Madison Avenue and steps from Central Park and the park zoo!
