Hello all!

My partner and I are leaving for some time due to work and to take care of my mom who will be recovering from surgery. During this time, we are subletting our awesome loft style one bedroom right in prime Williamsburg. It is bright, cute, comfortable, and very spacious overall. It is a new modern unit with views of the empire state. We also have laundry in unit, and lots of closet space.

It is steps away from the Lorimer L stop. The building has a gym, rooftop, and a package room. The location is amazing, and a walk away to everything! We're flexible with the dates but looking for someone for a minimum of one month. Ideally would find someone for the entire time frame. The apartment is fully furnished. We can have someone move in around mid July and we're open to having tenants until the end of the year or longer.
