I also have top of the line pots, pans and good equipment that is spacious and roomy to cook in. There are 2 furnished modern bedrooms. The very large primary bedroom is upstairs and smaller one downstairs. Tons of space and very very quiet apartment building and looking for quiet tenants who do not throw parties or have late nights. Great central heating and AC.

LOCATION
2 blocks from the R train @ Prospect Ave. 15 Min walk to Prospect Park. Everything you need within a block on a treelined neighborhood feeling place. There are bars, Mexican, diners, Drycleaning, liquour and grocery stores within a few mins.
