We occupy the entire floor, and the brownstone is located on a quiet, tree-lined street. The apartment includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi. Natural afternoon light fills the spacious living room, making it a bright and welcoming space. The home is fully furnished with care and thoughtful design. As this is our family home, we take great pride in maintaining it—it is exceptionally clean and well cared for.
The neighborhood is vibrant and charming, especially during the summer months, with great food and live music nearby. You’re just a two-minute walk from Whole Foods and Target, and surrounded by a variety of excellent restaurants, as well as a delightful local ice cream shop. The area is very well connected, with easy access to the express 2/3 trains, as well as the 6 and A/B/C lines, all within walking distance, along with multiple bus routes.
You’re only a ten-minute walk from Central Park and the Harlem Meer, making this a wonderful location in Manhattan—close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxed. The space can also accommodate anyone traveling to NYC for the World Cup.
We are tenants of the building. the landlord lives downstairs and is very friendly and kind. There are another couple on the top floor. We are a family of three who have lived in the building for three years and are very happy there.
We are looking for responsible tenants who will treat our home with care and respect. The dates can be somewhat flexible if needed.
A half month security deposit and signed sublet agreement are required to secure the stay. The apartment is intended for quiet residential use only—no smoking or parties, and occupancy is limited to approved guests. Tenants may be asked to provide proof of income or references. We ask that guests are mindful of neighbors and leave the home in the same clean, well-maintained condition in which it is provided.
