This is a wonderful light-filled two bedroom with close proximity to Columbia University. The space is 1100 sq ft with ample storage and space. It is moments away from both the subway (1 train) and the bus and very close to restaurants, groceries and coffee shops. Riverside Park is only a block away.
The building is a charming coop, well maintained with a very lovely and helpful super. The laundry is on the bottom floor with many machines so there is never a waiting time.The apartment is partially furnished and has dishwasher and ac units. It is on the fifth floor with an elevator and lovely neighbours.

We unfortunately have to move overseas but love the apartment and the location. The sublet move in date is flexible but ideally November 1st. The landlord will happily extend after the year. The landlord is wonderful, non intrusive and very responsive. Bills come to about 100 a month.
