Traveling sometime between January - April 2026, and I'm looking to sublet my gorgeous Condo while I'm away (minimum 1 month stay). It's a 2b1b in West LA. The 2nd bedroom is used as an office/storage space, but fits a Full/Queen-sized blow up mattress if needed. Building has amazing amenities. 24/7 gym, Pool (with towel service), soundproof office pods, conference room work spaces, a library, games facilities (Pool table, chess, hacky sack etc). The building is also located above a Solidcore pilates studio, Acai bar, Gelson's grocery store, and nail salon. It's a few block from both the 405, and 10 Freeway, a 10 min drive from Santa Monica (or 20 min bike ride), near The Getty, UCLA, and amazing Asian food in Sawtelle. Hello! I'm Madison and I'm the current tenant here! I'll be travelling for a few months of next year (Jan-April), and am looking for a great person to enjoy the space while I'm away.

I'll be your main contact throughout the sublet period. I take pride in maintaining a very clean and organized home, and hope to find someone who appreciates that as well.

A bit about me: I work in TV/Film, and often work from home, so the space is great for that! The 2nd bedroom has a ring light, box lights, laptop stand etc, and the building itself has so many work spaces/offices.
