Five-minute walk to the G and C trains; 20 minutes to downtown Manhattan. Fort Greene and Prospect Parks, Pratt, the Brooklyn Museum, Barclays Center, BAM, and the Botanical Gardens are all within a 20-minute walk.

The parlor level is flooded with light from floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors, and boasts all the beautiful brownstone details: 14-foot ceilings, wedding cake moldings, exotic marble fireplaces, and a massive gold leaf mirror.
