Apartment is quiet and light-filled, with hardwood floors, high ceilings and historic features. Newly renovated with all new appliances, in-unit washer/dryer and central air.

It’s a 3-bedroom duplex. Your room is on the top floor, street-facing, with its own private bathroom. There is another bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. The third bedroom and additional bathroom are on the 1st floor.

Kitchen, dining area, common space & washer/dryer are also on the first floor.

You'll be sharing the apartment with two kind, respectful 30-something, female-identifying roommates. One works in international policy, the other is a video-editor. They are friendly and outgoing but keep busy routines out of the house.

About the location: Quiet, brownstone block in historic Bed-Stuy. Around the corner from bars, restaurants and coffee shops on Ralph Ave and Malcolm X Blvd. The lovely neighborhood park, Saratoga Park, is also around the corner. Great access to neighboring Bushwick and Ridgewood. The nearest trains are the J train at Halsey St, and the C train at Ralph Ave.
