We have access to a lush private deck and a chill sunlit rooftop. Close to multiple gyms, loads of world class restaurants, quirky cafes, and a 20 minute walk to Prospect Park.

Two queer artists currently live in the house. One is a DJ/sculptor often touring and rarely home, and the other is an author and theater maker, also busy.
