Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take over my sunny, cozy apartment in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn for July 2025 - can extend a couple weeks into June and August if needed! It’s a true one-bedroom with a fully-stocked kitchen, dishwasher, and laundry in the building. I have a lot of antique and family furniture, so I’m hoping to find someone clean and respectful who will enjoy and appreciate the space (but also know not to put water glasses on my grandmother’s credenza.)

The neighborhood is a dream come true: you’ll be half a block from Trader Joe’s and steps from all the shops and restaurants on Court Street (but tucked far enough away from the noise!) The landlord lives in the building and is super helpful. Your neighbors will mostly be young families and 30-something single professionals.

The apartment is on the second floor, up a stoop and then one flight up. You’ll need to be able to climb two flights of stairs in order to access the laundry and trash facilities in the basement. $3100/month includes rent, all utilities, and WiFi.
