About This Lister

My husband and I are the owner/ landlords. We live in a separate apartment on the first floor of the house. (The rental apartment is on the second floor, and is completely self-contained, locked, etc., as is ours.) We are attentive to keeping the property a nice, clean, comfortable place to live.

We are ex-Brooklynites, both quiet, easy-going creatives; I'm a writer and podcaster. My husband is a screenwriter. We occasionally have parties with other creative types, and will be happy to include you, if you're interested.
