Hi all! I am looking for a nice Subletter to rent my beautiful 2 bed/2 bath new apartment in Park Slope. The building is gorgeous with a coworking space, a roofdeck with panoramic views, a gym, a dog park, and a garden. Right off the F/G/R line at the 4th Ave stop.

The apt has lots of sunlight and a balcony. Laundry in unit. It is mostly furnished, but open to your furniture as well. It really is gorgeous here, I can’t begin to describe the views and the ease and accessibility of this place.

The primary bedroom is huge and has an en suite bathroom and shower with heated floors, two giant windows and a walk-in closet. I have a bed platform that has adjustable heights to help you sit up and read or keep your legs lifted, and also vibrates to help you fall asleep if you choose. I usually leave a bathrobe for my subletters so they can get the full cozy experience.

The 2nd bedroom is a good size, with large windows and a closet as well.

The building has a roof deck with panoramic views of the sunset and Manhattan, Doorman building with really kind staff that make your day. The community is really great and friendly. This spot is great for dogs and families.

The apartment is right off the F,G,R trains (20 min to Manhattan and anywhere in Brooklyn) in Park Slope, a really lovely hip area with lots of restaurants and very sweet Brownstones.
