Hi all! I am looking for a subletter to rent my beautiful new apartment in Park Slope in February, ideally starting on the 1st.

Could be short-term or very long-term past June. We are flexible and have no set schedule to return to the apartment as of yet.

The apartment usually retails for $7000 a month (or $3500/room). Focussed on finding the right fit for this month to enjoy the apartment as much as we have

The building is gorgeous with a coworking space, a roofdeck, laundry in unit, a dishwasher, a gym, a garden, a dog park. Right at the F/G/R line at the 4th Ave stop.

The apt has lots of sunlight and a balcony and is mostly furnished, but open to your furniture as well. It really is gorgeous here, I can’t begin to describe the sunset views and the access.

There are lots of fancy amenities and the community in the building is really friendly.

We prefer long-term but could do short-term as we are flexible. Per room, the primary bedroom is $3250/mo and the other bedroom is $2250/mo if you are looking for a roommate.
