This beautiful apartment is located on the best street in Greenpoint: Oak Street, right next to Franklin Street. The street is extremely quiet and has beautiful trees.

The apartment is a one-bedroom with a separate office. We get tons of natural light as there are windows everywhere! It is an ideal place to rest, watch some great films (we have a TV and a projector), and do work in the office (separate space).

We also have private access to the roof, from where you can see beautiful views of Manhattan.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, and it is a true oasis. It is very close to coffee shops, bars, restaurants -- all the best Greenpoint has to offer!
