PLEASE NOTE: PET CARE REQUIRED FOR THIS SUBLET

Hi all! I'm looking to sublet the primary bedroom in my luxury apt from August 15th - September 15th. The bedroom is huge and has an en suite bathroom and shower with heated floors, two giant windows and a walk-in closet. The apt itself has a balcony and a really beautiful living room / kitchen area.

My roommate stays in the smaller bedroom is very neat and tidy, friendly, generous and open-minded.

I have a beautiful animal/cat, his name is Oce. He will cuddle you and be your best friend. I need someone to snuggle him and keep him company while I am gone (he is very social and needs someone to sleep next to). And also do the basics of litter, feedings etc. while I am away. He is truly the sweetest and a joy for anyone who loves animals.

The building has a roof deck with panoramic views of the sunset and Manhattan, Brooklyn and the statue of liberty as well as a co-working space, a gym, a dog park, and storage.

Right off the F,G,R trains (20 min to Manhattan and anywhere in Brooklyn) in lovely park slope.

Rent is discounted for cat care / cuddles. Email if interested!
