PLEASE NOTE: PET CARE REQUIRED FOR THIS SUBLET

Hi all! I'm looking to sublet the primary bedroom in my luxury apt from Mid August through Mid September. The bedroom is huge and has an en suite bathroom and shower with heated floors, two giant windows and a walk-in closet. The apt itself has a balcony and a really beautiful living room / kitchen area. There is an option to extend longer term without the cat for a higher rent September 15th onwards.

My roommate stays in the smaller bedroom is very neat and tidy, friendly, generous and open-minded (in the last picture)

I have a beautiful animal/cat, his name is Oce. He will cuddle you and be your best friend. I need someone to snuggle him and keep him company while I am gone (he is very social and needs someone to sleep next to). And also do the basics of litter, feedings etc. while I am away. He is truly the sweetest and a joy for anyone who loves animals.

The building has a roof deck with panoramic views of the sunset and Manhattan, Brooklyn and the statue of liberty as well as a co-working space, a gym, a dog park, and storage.

Right off the F,G,R trains (20 min to Manhattan and anywhere in Brooklyn) in lovely park slope.

Rent is discounted for cat care / cuddles. Email if interested!
