We are subletting our beloved 1 bedroom apartment while traveling. Intersection of Bedford Ave and Greene Ave in Clinton Hill / Bed Stuy.

Available ~ October 1 to November 30

~$135 per day if you want to pro-rated rate. We are flexible to some extent on dates, with a preference for someone who can stay the whole time.

The unit is fully furnished, and is plug n' play to have an amazing stay in this quaint and trendy neighborhood. Both the living room, bedroom have multiple windows. Shower and living room have skylights! We are tidy types that will wash and clean everything before your arrival, and ensure you have plenty pantry, closet, and dresser space. You will have the whole floor to yourself. WIFI and utilities included in price.

Original charm, thats updated to be spacious and comfortable.

The apart includes:
- 1.5 bathrooms
- Queen sized bed
- Moroccan tile shower with openable skylight
- Split AC system thats modern and quiet.
- Couch and coffee table area
- Long kitchen table with skylight overhead.
- Dishwasher
- 1/2 size fridge.
- Lots of plants. (we can ask our landlords to come water unless you have a green thumb!)
- original hardwood floors
- High quality Sonos speaker for bumping tunes
- Mid-Century fixtures and details.

- We are both artists / designers, so someone who appreciates those things will get more out of the space.
- Individual or couple is fine.
- Someone who appreciates how awesome this apartment, neighborhood, and borough are.
- Our apartment is filed with art. If you appreciate those things we'll happily leave them up, or take them down if you prefer more minimal.
- Dogs / Cats are generally a no go, but we can talk about it.

- Intersection of Bedford Ave and Greene Ave
- Dozens of wine bars, restaurants, and cafes within short walking distance.
- Very walkable at night.
- Many families, and young creatives live in the neighborhood.
- Idealic tree lined street with beautiful brownstones and friendly neighbors.
- Landlords live on bottom 2 floors. Generous and kind-hearted design and permaculture types.
- 3 nice grocery stores within 6 min walking distance.

Logistics:
- All trash, recycling, compost is brought downstairs.
- 2 min walk to Bedford Nostrand G train
- 1 min walk to B38
- 8 min walk to Franklin or Nostrand C Train.
- Laundry is not in unit. Closest laundromat is at the corner, ~200' away, very convenient.
- LL's can assist in case there are any issues.

We are both artists / designers who enjoy quiet mornings in our apartment and enjoy our neighborhood. We travel a lot and would love a person who appreciates our space while we're away.
