Hello, I'm Pilar! I am 27 years old I live with my cat Martín (he is very low fuss and very shy) and I'm looking for a roommate! My friend/roommate is moving out at the end of our lease and we are still looking for someone to take over her room! It's a two bedroom duplex with two bathrooms, a dishwasher, two outdoor spaces and laundry in building. There are two storage closets in the apartment and there is bike storage in the building! We are an 8 minute walk to the Nostrand Ave A/C and a few blocks from the LIRR. I really want to stay in this place as long as possible! I work a hybrid office job for New York State so I do work from home a few days a week. There are three cats shown in the photos but two cats will be moving out with my roommate!

I'm currently working for New York State in affordable housing before going to law school! I just turned 27 and have been living in Crown Heights for 3.5 years! I work remote some days so I am a bit of a homebody but also love to go out with friends in the neighborhood. I'm straight and use She/her pronouns but most of my friends are queer so we know all the best gay bars around! I love to go to prospect park or just go on walks. If I go out with friends I'm usually at home by 12. I'm Latinx and white and love to cook Puerto Rican food whenever I can! I love to have people over for dinner or to do crafts but I'm very accommodating when it comes to roommates. My room is a bit of a mess but I keep communal spaces clean and I'm always open for a chore chart!
