2 bedroom 1 bath - backyard with evergreen garden, large deck, grill, fire pit, professional mural, and lots of blooms beginning in spring.
2nd bedroom is our toddlers - ideal for parents with a kiddo but I’d we don’t find a family we could also replace couch and crib with a queen bed, or desk.
Steps from the Lorimer L, and loads of fantastic restaurants and coffee shops.
We've lived here 7 years and the house is full of full of plants, art, and thoughtfully chosen items. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, cook's kitchen, TV w/ Amazon, Netflix.
We are spending time in Colombia and aren’t exactly certain of our return dates - so this COULD potentially end up being a longer sublet.

I'm an actor and gardener. My wife Camila is a mindfulness teacher. We've put a lot of love and labor into this place and it’s worth it to see people's reactions when they see it for the first time - it really is quite unique.

We need a person or couple who are going to treat the house as if it were their own, care for the plants, not throw any parties and just be good humans. We have a dog who spends a good amount of time in the garden which is fully fenced - could be great for the right pooch.
$100 cleaning fee
plus a refundable deposit of $500
To book I'll ask for half up front to hold the dates and other half before move in. Keys will be in a lockbox.
Pets Policy
Well behaved pets allowed with extra $75 cleaning fee and extra deposit in case of damage.
