This studio apartment features a cozy bedroom/living area, spacious kitchen and enormous bathroom (with windows and a bathtub!). There's a huge closet with a storage area above it! Bay windows allow tons of natural light into the space, and there's a fire escape you can access and sit on as desired. Steps from the Bedford-Nostrand G train, within a block of cafes, bars, grocery stores, and laundry in the charming Bed-Stuy neighborhood of Brooklyn. I've lived here two years and loved it, filled it with books and laughter, I would never give it up but alas, I'm moving closer to work. I'm breaking my lease early so responsible for finding someone to sign a new lease for April 1. The apartment comes as is (I'll be taking all my things, but the landlord won't be repainting) but I have kept it in amazing condition and will make sure it is very clean for the next tenant.
