Candidate must make 40x the gross rent per year in earnings, and must pass a criminal background check and provide an adequate credit score with no history of rent default or legal action taken to collect past rent(s) due.
Incoming tenant will be expected to pay security deposit directly to current tenant, as the deposit will not be returned by property management until the lease is terminated.
